 Saturday 1/13/24

We began our last day on Moso Island by rising at 0530 and finishing packing for our return trip to Nadi, Fiji.  After getting mostly packed, Laura went for a last snorkel before we went to breakfast.  At 0830 we carried our luggage down to the boat dock, got together for a group photo, said our final good byes to the staff and got onto the boat for our crossing to Havanah Harbor and our transport back to Port Vila.

Forty minutes later we stopped at the Tranquility resort office stored our luggage and settled our bill. We had 4 hours to kill in Port Villa before we were to catch our ride to the airport.

We wandered along the waterfront of Vila, visited the crafts fair, strolled through the produce market and then had a lunch at Jill's Cafe.  That left us with about 30 minutes to stop into the supermarket and buy some ramen for our dinner tonight in Nadi.

Our flight to Nadi left early and was uneventful arriving about 30 minutes early.  Our ride met us at the airport and transported us to the Air B&B for the night.  We will head back the airport for our trip to HNL late tomorrow morning.

Below are a few pictures from the day:

Walking along the stalls of the craft fair.

Looking at some glass art... Laura asked her where it was made and she replied, "I don't know".

Buying a couple of green guava (Thai white guava)- we had them during our lunch stop at Jill's.

Lunch at Jill's.  This was after we started the stay there with some milk shakes, a couple of hands of Hearts ending with some burgers!

Waiting for our ride to our B&B.
